They are plenty of cafes & restaurants out there serving fancy & heavy food but we probably have the moment of craving some light meal right ?
I'd recommend Midsummer Night Cafe which located in OUG. It's a very chill cafe that served good food and coffee. In case you can’t find it , the cafe is located on the first floor which is same roll with burger lab as they do not have a obvious signage.
What's Special?
I been here for twice and I'm in love with their environment , they do not have fancy interior but the owner runs with their own special design that create a warm and welcoming ambiance.
The cafe owner is a very friendly person as he try to communicate with the every customers but sometimes he failed to served everyone due to the crowded.
Food Review
They serving simple yet delicious japanese food such as crispy pork lard rice , butter seaweed rice ...etc
I would recommend 蛋饭 for you guys because most of their rice menu served in small portion, if you want something with bigger portion you can go for their egg rice : 蛋饭 as the first photo of this post. It’s tasty and definitely will order when i’m there again!

My Thoughts
The cafe may not offer the best food in KL but they did served the best coffee. For coffee lovers you definitely worth to pay a visit. :) enjoy!
